The mandate of the CCC Expediting team is to ensure material and equipment is shipped by Suppliers in accordance with established Purchase Order and/or
Contract terms and conditions in sufficient time to support the project schedule. The Expediting team, with input from the Client team, develop a project Expediting Plan, listing the activities that will be undertaken by the Expeditors to meet project schedule expectations.
Expediting plays an important function in ensuring successful projects. Our Expediting team focuses on the performance of both the chosen prime suppliers and their key lower tier suppliers.

Supplier Quality

The ccc Supplier Quality team utilize the vast global network of Supplier Quality Inspectors tied to their major shareholder, ccc, to deliver high standards in Supplier Quality Inspection. The ccc Supplier Quality team, with input from the Client team, develop a project Supplier Quality Plan that will consider the criticality of the equipment being purchased, the intended suppliers and their locations, and Quality Control programs. The Supplier Quality team ensures material and equipment is shipped by Suppliers in accordance with established Purchase Order and/or Contracts specifications. Based on our sound knowledge of industry codes and standards, strict adherence to these specifications is used to meet the quality standards established to receive the properly “built-to-spec” materials and equipment on time.
